Dan Wadley

Managing Director

Dan has worked in the aviation aftermarket industry since 1998. Dan holds an Honours Degree in Economics, Management Science and Business Administration, and has gained priceless experience at a number of leading aviation suppliers. Dan also spent 3 years in a senior position at a major OEM, working on complex (and sometimes secretive) engineering solutions for government organisations.

Sales and Purchasing Director

Jay started his aviation career at a major stockist of rotables and consumables. Initially focussing on regional jets, Jay has since gained over 15 years’ experience in supplying spares for multiple Boeing, Airbus and Bombardier platforms.

Cesar Pahl

Cesar Pahl

Business Development Director

Cesar has extensive experience of the commercial aircraft aftermarket sector. He studied Logistics and Supply Chain at degree level and has been working in aviation since 2014. Cesar speaks fluent Portuguese, Spanish and English.

James Neate

James Neate

Operations Director

James brings more than 15 years’ aviation experience with him to LCLX. Having previously worked for DHL, James is skilled in logistics, inspection and quality control. James holds dangerous goods certification and an HGV licence.

Sally Jillians

Sally Jillians

Financial Controller

Sally gained broad business experience with positions in sales, purchasing and product management in the computer industry. In 2007, she moved to a finance position in the aviation aftermarket sector. Her role at LCLX includes management accounting, budgeting, cashflow forecasting, credit control, VAT, payroll and all day-to-day aspects of finance.
